Hey ya’ll! My name is Katherine, people call me Kat. I'm a passionate individual with a strong desire to pursue nursing as a career. Formerly serving in the US Navy, I've developed discipline and dedication. My love for all things medical drives my ambition to make a positive impact in healthcare. Eager to embark on a fulfilling journey in nursing while being a medical assistant in plastic surgery with Dr.Baumholtz. I’ve learned so much being here and I can’t wait to grow even more with plastics. I look forward to meeting you!

Licensed Aesthetician

With a lifelong passion for the beauty industry, Jayde is a dedicated and skilled licensed aesthetician who specializes in all aspects of skincare. Growing up immersed in the world of beauty, she has developed a deep expertise in microneedling, laser treatments, and advanced facials. Jayde is committed to staying at the forefront of the esthetic field, continuously pursuing education to refine her skills and offer the latest in skincare innovations. Her approach is not just technical but deeply personal. Jayde prides herself on making each client’s experience unique and tailored to their individual needs. Her warmth and attentiveness ensure that every visit is as enjoyable as it is effective. When she’s not perfecting skincare routines, Jayde cherishes her time with family and her two beloved pups, finding joy in their company and the moments they share together.

Andrea Algar

With 25 years in plastic surgery management, I’m all about supporting and inspiring our team and ensuring every patient feels fabulous and looks like a star. Operating a top-notch, quality practice is a passion we all share with Dr. Baumholtz so work is always upbeat and satisfying. When I'm not at DrB’s, you’ll find me cherishing life at the ranch with my horses and the rescue animals that “find” us, bowling strikes or wrenching on performance classic cars with my husband.
